Our volunteers, Tammy Weiser and Vicky Barstow spent countless hours reviewing LGBTQ books for content and appropriateness for parental and district library use.
We have provided national and local organizations to provide advocacy and support and recreation services for LGBTQ parents and youth. REMEMBER . . . If you are in a bad place, please confide in an adult you trust or call a support organization. Don't wait!!!!!!

Schools have an obligation to present the diversity of our communities. There are many different types of families; we want all of our families to be recognized in our schools." Framingham Public Schools have formally recognized LGBTQ month which requires educators to include LGBTQ inclusive history. We have provide some very helpful sites to assist our educators.
